Abstract

|
|
Fifty pilots were selected at random from a larger group of 250 aircrew men who participated in research on intensive medical evaluations. Test scores and other data from a comprehensive psychologic test battery and a background questionnaire were analyzed and integrated to yield a picture of the personality structure of the modal military pilot.
